Micheal Jackson dead age 50 "what can we do?"

Micheal Jackson died at the age 50 “What can we do?”
By Shishir Inocalla
June 27, 2009

June 24 Micheal Jackson- King of pop was announced died of cardiac arrest in Los Angeles hospital. It will take some weeks before we will know the true cause of his death. His family lawyer and other close people said that he had been taking several medications for pain. Michael J was going thru lots pressure both from his personal and professional career. He was launching a comeback Tour in Europe July 2009.
Ana Nicole Smith- singer, actress was also pronounced died from overdose of medication. Heith Ledger- Played “Joker” in the latest Batman movie also died of medication.
In Stargate Inocalla Wellness- performance Spa in Marion, Virginia. My sister Dr. Marilou Inocalla MD, ND came to see a client. She looks gloomy and walks very slow for aches and pain. She told Dr. Inocalla she has chronic fatigue and has been diagnosed with multiple diseases like multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia and Lyme decease, she believe she is dying. Her family doctor gave her 6 months to live. She has been under pain medication for several years. Unfortunately her condition deteriorated and got worse. After 2 hours of consultation and use of natural remedies for her physical, emotional and spiritual life. She walks out of the Spa with less pain and great hope to live.
My pro golf client told me she takes pain medication every time she feels aching and sore to train and compete. Unfortunately, in one of the big event she had to withdraw from golf tournament because her pain is unbearable even she already took double the medication.
It is sad that our young bright individuals such as Michael, Ana, Heith and millions more are dying because they did not learn to communicate and respect their body, mind and spirit needs. In natural healing it is a must that we learn to respect and listen to our bodies inner voice. Our body is created with wonderful tools to get stronger, healthier and fights off any sickness and imbalances it faces daily. We have white blood cells that fights off diseases. We have nervous systems that serve as our antennae to see incoming problems that can cause deceases in our body. Our aches and pains are there to warn us of imbalances and potential chronic sickness such as cancer, heart attack, diabetes, etc.
Unfortunately, when we do not listen to our bodies and defy our sensor such as inflammation, aches and pain. Taking drugs and medication or numbing our neuro-receptors. We push-off our human limit to be able to fight deceases. By resorting to drugs and pain medications we do not give chance to our natural body protectors to fight. And worse we do not give ourselves a chance to get stronger to fight diseases. We have to understand that aches, pain, diseases are natural and part of our daily living. By numbing the pain and use of drugs we eliminate our natural fighting cells. In the end we lose the battle and expose ourselves from possibly a fatal attack.
What to do?
1 Respect the mind, body and spirit.
2. Listen and communicate, be-friend your body and mind.
3. Rest when you are tired, understand your body needs.
4. Inspire your spirit, live a healthy lifestyle.
5. Do not over do and do not under do. Learn to balance.
6. Use natural means such as homeopathic, naturopathic, herbal medicines.
7. Do regular exercises and eat healthy foods.
8. Drink lots of water and maintain body’s Ph balance.
9. Pray meditate and open your heart to the great source.
10. Study, learn and improve oneself.
11. Associate and surround yourself with healthy people.

As human being we have higher intelligence. We should understand and take responsibility to our body, mind and spiritual health. Doctors and medication are there to assist us to attain balance, well-being and attain greatness. Our body and mind is our vehicle and the highest instrument to achieve our goals. Our mistakes, distractions, conflict, sickness, aches and pains are lesson to learn from. Life is a continuous learning process. Any overuse, neglect and avoiding the imbalances in our bodies will only make matter worse. It is fatal and deadly when we do not learn and refuse to change.
Micheal Jackson, Elvis Presley, Jimmy Henrix are legends and icons. Lets us give them our respect and learn from their paths. Let us seek balance, harmony to our body, mind and spirit.

Tiger Wood Triple Boogey

Tiger Wood Triple boogey

Dec. 9, 2009
Championsgate, Florida

November 27, 2009 Tiger Woods the greatest golfer in the world crashed his car outside his Isleworth home. Days later, rumors were are all over the news. It was not a car accident. He was beaten by his wife for cheating… Days and weeks pass and the story gets worse. He pulled out from the golf tournament he was hosting and several mistresses and girlfriends came forward jumping on the band wagon. It is Tiger mania - the Tiger triple bogeyed in real life drama.

Unfortunately, Tiger is not prepared for this kind of attention. Never despite all his golf victories and money has he had so much publicity. All of a sudden he finds himself in a middle of a media frenzy and sadly he cannot do anything about it even if he tries - it is out of control. This is the hottest story today. Tabloids and the national media are covering the story nonstop and people will talk about this for years to come.

Never in his life could Tiger imagine this kind of attention and negative propaganda. All along he was Mister Perfect. He was a role model. Everyone adored him. Corporate sponsors were lining up and paying him big money. A true Champion in golf and in life. But as life rolls on.. it is a process. Just like waves of the ocean. It goes up and it comes down. It is a journey. A life learning process. For Tiger this is the biggest challenge he is facing now. How can one have a triple bogey in real life turn it around and still shoot par? My brotherly advice is for Tiger to be true to himself. Admit his fault. Forgive himself, his wife and the “girlfriends”, the press and his friends for criticizing him. It is time to face the music. He was able to get away this far. The universe is guided by Karmic Law. Action and re-action. Whatever you plant, you will sow. No one is beyond this law. So long as we have a human body we are all moving towards improvement. Disaster, victories. achievements, wealth, fame are life dramas. We are all moving towards our destiny. A continuous search to improve our body, mind and spirit. To become one with oneself.

In this world it is not easy for anyone to be so famous, so rich and so good and not to attract attention from the vultures and negative energies in the community. Sexuality, fame, drugs, money, ego are part of our everyday life. Being a golf mega star is like being a god in the material world. Anyone, Tiger Woods, President Bill Clinton, President John F. Kennedy, Muhammad Ali, Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordan, Elvis Presley, priest and pastors are all human beings. We all bogey or even worse. We are all in the cycle of life drama. To get lost in this karmic drama will only lead to more triple bogies. The best thing to do for Tiger is to learn to accept his wins as well as his mistakes. His greatness in golf can be applied to his life. Practice forgiveness, letting go, non-expectation and maintain focus on the “birdie” feelings. Yes, he triple bogeyed. So what, everybody makes a bogey or worse. Let go, learn from this experience and move on. Another day comes every day, a new beginning. Just like every hole he finishes. Next shot.

Obviously, there is no quick fix. Tiger needs to look within himself and try to understand his true Self. His life value. This is where spiritual practice comes handy. When nothing else works and does not make sense. Communicate with and feel the spirit Self. Let the positive energy flow. The spirit is connected to the higher Self. All along the answer is within. In golf we can easily get immediate bio-feedback of our action. Open the club face and you hit a slice, close the club and you will hook, tee up the ball and it will fly up etc… Learning to be disciplined in golf is like learning a true life lesson. It needs heart to heart understanding, patience, practice, spiritual discipline, enjoyment and feeling. Learning life lessons is a lot slower than golf but it follows the same principles. It is a Journey, David Leadbetter says “a life long game”.

Some of the questions Tiger can ask himself. “Who am I? What do I really want? Does golf make me happy? Do I need love or pleasure? How important are my kids to me? What is my purpose and goal in life? What do I want to accomplished in Golf? Or do I want to be myself in peace?

For me Tiger means strong, brave, intelligent and caring. This is what I know of Tiger. Be truthful and be strong. Take a stand.
Tiger-the man needs to decide his own life. Obviously, whatever he decides it will have a Karmic reaction. The press, his fans and everyone else will be quick to judge, criticize, adore, him or tear him apart. This is where the Tiger magic comes to play, his spirit force can be very useful. How to turn the triple bogey into par. Whatever decision Tiger Woods will make it must be from the heat. Fully accept it and lead his life.. fully completely and enjoy…

Welcome to Mind Body Spirit Training's Blog

Hello My Friends

I wanted to start off this blog giving you a little history of who I am and why I have chosen to start this blog. I grew up in the Philippines among area that was continually fighting for its independence. I always believed that there was a source guiding me along my path and steering me toward my ultimate goal. I did grow up within the Martial Arts realm and knew that my calling was to be a teacher and spiritual healer. Many of you have seen my work as an actor in movies such as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3,
where I was Michaelangelo, and fighting alongside Ernie Reyes Jr. in "The Process". Now I have the opportunity to spread my healing arts among the world as my sister, Marilou, and I have started a Wellness Spa in Virginia. I am currently working with Dream Body Boot Camps spreading the teachings of the mind/body connection. The articles that are soon to come are ones that involve how all these connections deal with every day life and how the ultimate goal is to be "Happy". Thank you for choosing to read my blog and I hope you enjoy the future articles that will be posted.
